Aarambh is thumping and punchy,aptly befitting the film's theme with very good lyrics while the short hum that sneaks in,in the middle is awesome!..Aisi Sazaa is mesmerizing,with haunting backgrounds and Shilpa Rao's vocals in this track is completely adorable.Duniya is painfully slow,but Piyush takes the song somewhere with his soulful rendition!..Rahul Ram pulls off his Raat Ke Musafir with panache even though its more of talking than singing(!).Of the Rekha Bharadwaj's two tracks,Beedo and Ranaji,the latter overshadows Beedo due to the tuneful arrangements and good lyrics but Rekha just rocks over both the tracks.The moody Shehar is amazing and is rendered perfectly by the singers,Rahul Ram and Piyush.Yaara Maula is the soundtracks best!..The sizzling tune,the rock'ish backgrounds in the middle,the vocals by Aushim,Rahul Ram and Piyush-Everything works in favour of this track.Gulaal's soundtrack is dark and witty-How does Anurag Kashyap get such stuff from his composers every time?
