Padikkathavan(Tamil,Mani Sharma)

Mani Sharma was never that skilled at composing folk songs,with Hey Vetri Vela being the witness for the fact.But the singers,Naveen and Ranjith raise the tempo considerably.Mani Sharma uses his Rathraina from Athithi with Hey Rosu Rosu and sounds completely bad even though the tune is equally catchy.For the next track,the composer uses his super-hit song Ramma Chilakamma from Choodalani Undhi(Which came approx 10 years bak)and sounds completely outdated now.Now for the next track,it is the recycling of his amazing Yevarunnarani Neekaina from Yuvatha but thankfully it sounds nice solely because of Karthik.Definitely Mani seems to have a soft corner for Ranjith and makes him croon for the third time with Appa Amma Vilayattu,which is a lame rehash of Aaresukoboi Paresukunnanu!..Mani Sharma's Padikkathavan is just pure agony!..
