Saroja(Tamil,Yuvan Shankar Raja)

Aaja Meri Soniye,Despite the desperate attempts by the singers to induce interest ends up as a bummer.Dosth Bada Dosth is bang on with superb rendering by Haricharan.Shankar Mahadevan's Powerful vocals and the lyrics stand out in Nimirndhu Nil.Kodana Kodi is Thee Pidikka version 2.0(is the male voice Mohd Aslam's?:O).Yuvan's attempt at heavy metal in My life works in its favour but it is the captivating Cheeky Cheeky(Yuvan does a cameo in the song!!:D) that literally holds the soundtrack together.A scintillating song!!
Saroja is a clear Winner!!

And I dont have to Propel my Favourite Music director to glory..
He is already glorious in his profession..Thats y he is my favourite music director..(Even though many people might object!!..Again-This is MY opinion)..

Hmmm, the songs are good agreed, but there is this heard-before feel attached to almost all the songs. The much hyped 'first complete english song in a tamil movie' - my life is great.Just that the music director could have used some of his original, authentic ideas rather than make a collage out of all the existing hugely popular Rock and alternative band's stuff..This is strictly MY opinion only!!

As a matter of fact,Yuvan does not have a long standing inveteracy of composing songs like My life..So maybe thats y the song sounds like the existing popular bands' stuff..
Well, its just a start..But he might not be getting chances of composing songs like My life again..
