Fitoor(Indipop,Mohit Chauhan)

With dreamy vocals by Mohit, added with the moody orchestration works well in the title song while the chorus riffs in Challeya are extremely hum-worthy.Sajna has some good arrangements interspersed with the free-flowing tune while Uff Yeh Nazara, with a nursery rhymish arrangements actually works, with Mohit's vocals towering over the tune.Babaji is out of sync at places, but fits into the template of this album quite efficiently;Ditto for Jeene De,but this track overshadows the former!..Mai Ni Meriye is at best a non-starter with minimal backgrounds while Main Hoon Badal makes for a pleasant listen with a tune that goes hand in hand with the backgrounds.Meri Tarah and Musafir are fantastic-Silk Route's Meri Tarah expresses despair with a brilliantly conjured tune while the highlight of Musafir is the tantalizing tune, added with some enchanting backgrounds which is addictive!..It clearly shows that Mohit Chauhan has done no compromises in this album, and hence the end result-A fine attempt!..
